Syncrosoft Licence - error

I'm hoping someone can help. I'm running Logic 7.2.1 on a core do 2 macbook.
I've installed the UB 1.1 update which instals the new component in the correct folder however when I run Logic's AU scan the prophet doesn't show up. Further when I try to open the standalone I get this error.

'Application 'ProphetV' has caused the following error: 2'

Can anybody help? Thanks in advance

did you update your syncrosoft software?

strange thing here too with my macbook. old songs from my G5 won't open when the Prophet V is used in it. it just crashes my logic. but when I remove the component it just opens, so what I do is, open the song. save it without prophet, put the component back, open the song. try to get the right sound. that last step is the hardest ;)
