There are many people having different issues, with the minilab, so your not on your own. However Arturia, have lost me as customer, I will not be buying any future hardware ot software from this uncaring/non supportive company. They dont a toss about customer service or tech support.

Be happy you didn't get a response from Arturia. My Minilab had a defective pad. Arturia tech support sent me an RMA form and I sent the Minilab for repair on October 7. I have heard nothing since. No one answers email inquiries and they haven't returned the keyboard, repaired or not. Best not to hear from them at all!

It has now been two weeks since I was last assured that they would send me a replacement unit THAT DAY and I still have nothing. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO ARTURIA IF IT WORKS AT ALL. YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN. I'm about ready to write off the $100 I paid for the Minilab as the cost of learning NEVER TO DEAL WITH ARTURIA. I'm glad I didn't buy anything more expensive from them.

Same here. MiniLab controller is a piece of junk.  the pads randomly get triggered or stay lit (on) while I'm playing it therefore making it pretty much unusable.  No replies.  Not purchasing anything from this company again.

I'm in the same boat, have an unusable minilab. I recommend that people stay away from Arturia and deal with companies that at least try to fix broken products. The issues with minilab are so severe, I think they can not fix this thing with firmware, it's probably the hardware that sucks. Not even analog lab is usable since it uses way too much processor power. I hope people read forums before they decide to buy anything  so Arturia would stop making money from non-working products.

Hey Everybody,

Im new to this.

I'm running Ableton 9 on a Mac with OSX. I purchased a Arturia MiniLab and after days of confusion, I got it to appear in my Control Surfaces in Preferences.

BUT , now I'm ready to record.

How do i record the ANALOG LAB in Ableton?

The keyboard signal is being picked up.
when I record notes show in the display screen in Ableton.
But no sound in playback after i record.

I simply want to record sounds from ANALOG LAB into my project in ABLETON 9

Please help anybody
