A few questions
« on: December 03, 2013, 03:54:11 pm »
Hi there.

First time analog synth owner and I am absolutely technically inept in regards to setting the Microbrute up properly.

I use N.I Maschine 2.0 but seeing as I don't think it's possible to use the Microbrute as a standalone in Maschine? I was advised to to set the Microbrute up in Ableton lite and set Maschine up as a plug in in that? Firstly, how do I configure the Microbrute in Ableton? I'm using an N.I Komplete Audio 6 sound card if that helps. Any simplification for this would be very much appreciated as I'm a complete novice at these things.

Cheers in advance  :)

Anyone? I really don't want to sell this, but that's the way it's looking  :(

I'm not a Maschine or Live user, so no detailed description. But basically you need to plug Microbrute audio  out to your sound card input, get the audio form the sound card in your DAW, and process it with the plug in you want.

Thanks for the replies but I ended up getting it set on a midi channel in Maschine, so no need to use the sampler :) Can't wait to give it a proper road test tomorrow!  ;D
