Arturia - Bad Experiance

I have had a really bad with Arturia. I was so excited to buy Analog Lab.

I understand that technical glitches/problems occur but the service has been slow and pretty useless.

I purchased the Lab 2 weeks ago and had to file a support case almost instantly to which I waited 3 days to receive and answer which was not consultative more of a brush off to close the case. - they closed the case and did not even ask me if the problem was solved. It is not. I am still unable to use Analog Lab from no fault of my own.

I am stuck with a VST that will not work the way it is supposed to, no one is helping and it does not seem like they really care.
