Dear User's,

We would like to apologize officially for the lack of email response and technical support of late.  There have been some issues at headquarters during the launch of BRASS that we had some difficulties resolving which kept us all from responding in a timely manner.  We assure you, however, that we are still here, we are receiving the emails, and as soon as we possibly can we will respond to your questions and/or suggestions.  Please continue to write us if you need help and don't forget to continue coming to these forums.  The forums are a great place to pose questions because there are many knowledgeable users that have experienced the same issues and are generally able to give good advice.  We apologize again for the lack of responses and in advance for any delays you may experience in the future.
