RE NOISE EMERGED AFTER I UPGRADED ANALOG LAB V
« on: March 12, 2023, 06:58:02 am »
The other day a message popped up in my screen indicating there is an upgrade for software on Analog Lab V. Naturally I clicked it to avail the said upgradement. After completing the download/upgrade, I opened Analog Lab V. Strangely a very sharp annoying noise emerged. I regretted in updating the software. Question is, how can I get  rid of this noise? Or how can I get back to the previous level when it was not updated yet?

Hello Alvin Dams,
I'm sorry to hear that.
I never had this issue with noise, i think it might be an installation issue.
Could you try reinstalling the update and see if that fixes the issue?
If not, i recommend to contact support here : https://www.arturia.com/support/askforhelp
It would be necessary that you share your setup info, sound card, computer etc.
It might be an issue on your audio setup?
Hope that helps.
Kind regards.

I am also having the same problems, noise after I updated to version 5.7
the noise decreases after I changed the buffer size from 256 to 1024 with this latency rate it is impossible to work.
I would like to go back to the previous version.
does anyone know how i can do this?
Thanks.
