Keylab 88MKII one key not working

4th key from the bottom feels fine but triggers no midi. I factory reset and updated firmware.  See videohttps://youtu.be/n3ZzU1NCFKg

Same here. It just started today having the same issue in the same area (it's the D0 key for me).

Aftertouch however is being sent fine through the D0 key.

I've only had it for 3 months :/
