Crackling of some instruments
« on: February 09, 2023, 12:50:08 pm »
I came across the fact that when playing some instruments (for example, Air String 2) in analog lab 5, a crackling sound randomly occurs. Tested on two macbooks with M1 pro and Ventura. This sound appears with any audio devices but doesn't record in an audio track in Logic Pro. It also doesn't matter if I open Analog Lab in the standalone mode or as a plugin inside logic pro.

And this occurs more often when the buffer size is reduced

Increase the buffer size to whatever is required to remove the crackling.

Even the maximum buffer size does not solve the problem

Hello,

If you have'nt solved this yet.

Are all the sounds that crackles Solina V sounds?
Are the crackles present all the time, or only in the beginning when you select a sound?

FYI: I think Arturia still ask to hold back on Ventura. So issues with this perhaps can't be ruled out.
