Minifreak sound engine SDK
« on: February 16, 2023, 08:22:00 pm »
I know that some Mutable Instruments oscillators are included in the minifreak.  Those are wonderfully open source.  I was wondering if it would be at all possible to open up the minifreak so that users could write their own oscilators/effects like the ones included from MI and load them into the synth.  I understand Arturia probably has a lot of proprietary code that they would not want to share with the world, but maybe the general 'OS' that runs on the system could be altered to allow loading custom oscillators/effects, while still protecting Arturia's IP.  Pipe-dream, I'm sure.
