SoundBanks don't download from Store

Hey, i've reinstalled V collection9, and some soundbanks don't download in Analog Lab 5 store, the ones come with VColl9 especially.

so i tried on my account on website and all the banks come from Vcolle9 failed to dl, : Error 404 ( try this link https://dl.arturia.net/products/pop_hyperwaves/soft/Pop_Hyperwaves__1_0_1_709.exe )

can you check the problem thanks !
