White window when loading Arturia VSTs in Ableton

Hello everyone,

I have a major problem with Arturia VSTs on Windows 10 lately: My plugins open under a white window with no access to controls when I reload an old project.

My computer:
Windows 10
AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16-Core
32.0 GB of RAM
NVidia 2080ti 11 Gb

My DAW:
Ableton 11.2.7

I tested the VST2 and VST3 version of each plugin and both versions give me the white screen when I reopen a project.

On another topic, someone suggested to delete the plugin on a track and Ctrl + Z to put it back. It works fine but unfortunately on complex projects where the plugin returns in several places, it leads me to search through more than 32 audio/midi tracks, delete them and put them back. A real nightmare on projects where everything was built with Arturia VSTs.

My DAW and Arturia VSTs are not pirated.

I updated Ableton from 11.2.6 to 11.2.7, but it didn't change anything.

I updated all my products on the Arturia Software Center.

I also updated my graphic card drivers.

Now I'm clueless. I need your help :)

Hello,

I have no idea, whats going on.

Just in case:
-You have a monster gaming graphic card. Does it have some gaming boosting technology switched on that's not good for this usage?

-I can suggest you run a SFC/ SCANNOW as administrator for your Windows 10. That can find and fix corrupted Windows files. You can find info about this on the web.

Just some idea's about something i can't see you have tried. I understand, why you are clueless.

Perhaps you need to contact technical support.

Good luck.
