Prophet V3 Not Installed
« on: December 23, 2022, 01:05:37 am »
I've made multiple attempts over several days to install Prophet V3 from my V Collection 8 license via the ASC tool on macOS 13.1, but still results in "Not Installed" status. Same for CS-80 V3 and Piano V2. I've entered a help ticket to Arturia Support twice, but have not received a confirmation email for the help tickets, nor any contact from support about the tickets. This seems rather unusual for Arturia, as they have been very prompt to respond to my inquires in the past.

Is anyone else experiencing this "Not Installed" issue and/or lack of response from Arturia support recently?

No to either, but it's very likely their support offices are closed for Xmas break.

Try the long-winded method of installing the app directly from the downloads page instead of through ASC. Some users' OS's / computers are configured in a way which will deny ASC the right to install software due to privilege-issues, requiring that you personally authorise the installation of each app separately.
