A/B settings button
« on: September 12, 2022, 02:38:21 pm »
Very happy with this first Arturia vst, sounds wonderful.

In the top left corner is a button that says switch between A/B settings.  I could not find any explanation in the manual and do not understand the function of this button.

I would be grateful for any advice.

Hi,

I can't see a A/B function in CS-80 V4. Can you please post a screenshot?

Normally a A/B function is used to compare two parameter settings.

Your welcome.

That button is not a part of CS-80 V4. It's a button in your DAW's Plugin window.
It seem to do what i wrote. The question is how it work and for what it work. I suggest you consult your DAW manual.

Dear Hero,

You are right, the button allows copying the instrument's settings to another instrument.  The explanation is in the CU12 manual on page 833.

Thanks a million for pushing me in the right direction.
Erik
