Mod-Wheel on KeyLab 49 won't use full rage
« on: May 13, 2022, 11:17:46 pm »
Hello.
I'm having an issue with my KeyLab keyboard. I've reset it, used the MIDI control center, and still can't resolve this issue. The minimum value from the mod-wheel is set to 35, and the maximum is 95. Whenever I use it, it automatically leaves the low value in whatever plugin as 35, even if the mod-wheel is all the way down. Any suggestions? thanks!

This sounds to me more like a hardware issue which would be cured by squirting switch cleaner inside the mod-wheel pot, though I would only do this if the warranty period has expired. If your devices are still within the warranty period, use your consumer rights to have them repaired or exchanged by your retailer.

still get not fixed yet? I think you should go to a service center or to a specialized repair shop for this problem
