Keystep velocity problem
« on: February 25, 2022, 09:18:33 pm »
Hello everyone, today I tried a patch on my modular where I used my keysteps velocity cv to modulate the amount of amplitude envelope using an additional vca which works like a charm.
The problems occur when I try to generate the notes from my daw or another midi-controller using the keystep as a midi-to-cv converter; whenever I let go the key there is a second volume "bump". I guess this might be caused by the note-off velocity information?
Anyway, does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance

I am having the exact same problem and it's why I signed up on this forum.  Looking at the signal on an oscilloscope makes it look like the velocity envelope is inverted, which leads me to believe there's something wrong in the software.
