Encoders overly sensitive
« on: January 22, 2022, 11:14:58 am »
Hey all,

I recently acquired an additional Beatstep Pro (Black) of which the encoders are overly sensitive, and once had it that the knob value remains in the tempo display and returned in the display even after turning the the 'rate' encoder. I remember having this issue with my other Beatstep Pro with which Arturia had helped me solve it. I had to change a certain value using an app of somesorts if I remember correctly, it was quite experimental.

Unfortunately that is all I remember and I can't find an archived email containing the solution. I've looked all over the internet but haven't found any relevant information. Could someone help me out here?

Hello, I have the exact same problem with a beatstep pro I just bought.
Could you please tell me how to get to that re-calibration process in MCC?
Thank you  :)
