Sound quality

Recently I started using Artoria minifuse 1. When playing music directly from a computer via a minijack, the sound is pleasant and more transparent than if you play via USB + minifuse. Got upset. What do you think is the problem?

could you contact our support and give us more info on the issue?
- How do you connect the Minifuse with your jack?
- Do you use speaker or Headphones?
- What audio driver are you using?
- Can you describe what do you mean by unclear sound? (not well defined? glitchy? cracks and pops?)
- Is your issue always present.

I will write to support. In fact, the difference is barely noticeable, but it is.
I am using JBL 104 speakers, macbook pro intel.
The minijack to RCA (from box speakers) connection sounds better.
Connection minifuse to speakers with TRS. (sounds less transparent)
From the DAW, the difference is imperceptible. It can be heard when listening to tracks from apple music.
