I'm having technical difficulties with my brand new AudioFuse Studio. It worked for a few minutes, then stopped and all of the units lights turned off except headphones cue selection buttons, the 'A' button, and the usb clock light. I tried a factory reset by holding down the main mono + speaker A/speaker B selection button and turning the unit power button to on. Once I did the reset, I plugged the USB from the interface into my macbook pro and launched AFCC. AFCC gave me a popup to update my firmware but every time I do a factory reset, the 'A' button just flashes, and the update fails stating I need to restart my machine.
I've done a PRAM & SMC reset on my laptop, and am waiting to hear back from Arturia's tech support. I literally opened the box and this unit only worked for a few minutes. Very frustrating especially for the price of the interface.
Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to send it back if I can get it to work.
