Help importing presets

Hello, I hope I'm not SOL here but is it possible to import a .mini file as a preset, or convert the .mini file to the appropriate format for importing.

In WinXP, right-click the *.zip file and select extract all.  Open miniMgV and click the import button.  Navigate to the *.mini file you extracted and import it.
