Filter stepping
« on: July 03, 2021, 01:48:00 pm »
Would it be possible to add a stepped mode for the filter frequencies. It works this way in Sequential synths. It is useful for setting the frequency in semitone increments allowing to tune the filter to pitch values. This works well when using higher resonance allowing to get the filter to work in harmony with the OSC pitch. It is even more important when using the filter in self-oscillation mode, where the frequency needs to be exactly pitch tracked and in tune.

Just to clarify, this would only be an option to change the behaviour of the knob, the modulation would still be smooth.
