Unable to login to my account on website

Hi all,

I just reinstalled my production computer and wanted to re-download Pigments which I purchased last year. Now when I try to login it says I can't login and that I should check my e-mail for instructions, however no instructions ever arrive there. If I instead try to choose the reset password function it says "User is blocked", and the most brilliant part of all - I'm unable to log a support case with Arturia for this as that requires login.

How do I proceed? It says using the contact form on the website that any attempt at making support requests there will be ignored.

Probably the most common cause of not being able to log in to a website is using the wrong password. At least websites will be pretty clear about this problem and give you a nice Incorrect password style error message.
