Analog Lab V constantly crashes Mac M1 in Logic
« on: August 31, 2022, 02:39:06 am »
Starting two months ago, Analog Lab V has become absolutely useless to me as a plugin.  Every time I use it in logic, i get maybe one or two preset changes and it crashes logic every time.  Doesn't matter what I do.

I've updated logic and Analog lab to the latest versions and its still extremely buggy.

Same here.

I'm willing to bet it's an issue limited only to 'us' M1/M2 users, ie Windows and and Mac Intel users will be unaffected.
I dived head first into the Apple Silicon ecosystem having spent 11 years running Intel Macs, because the 'performance : efficiency' ratio was off the scale compared to Intel Macs. But it's brought so many 'early adopter' compatibility issues with it that I wish I'd waited 4-5 years for devs like Arturia to catch up and properly test all their apps on Apple Silicon Macs.
