Nothing scary, what exactly do you want someone to answer?
This is mainly a users' forum, arturia staff don't regularly post here.

Oh, okay, I thought this was an official Arturia forum, with the company participating in the discussions.

It's an official forum but first and foremost its a users' community.
But Arturia staff do read through  and take note of feature requests.

Is there any reason to keep opened "feature request"? It was created by Arturia, not users, but I would to know is any plan to make firmware update for BSP. If no, it will save our time and stop requesting features and bugs.

+1 here... there's plenty of feature requests open/pending since years and no firmware upgrade...

+here too.

Can you please answer if there is a plan for a firmware update taking under consideration the feature requests?

An honest answer will really help us make decisions.

Thank you!

Yes - please let us know what's on the roadmap for the BeatStep Pro. As of today it looks like a dead horse... :-(

Literally no business will tell you what their future plans are on a public facing forum. Get real.

That's not completely true. There are other companies that let us know when they were working on upgrades for their products, specially ON THEIR FORUMS. Of course as a company they can choose not to disclose any details, but just for us knowing is a big deal. And these forums are hosted on the Arturia domain, if they don't care about them they might as well shut them down . We can all keep chatting someplace else.

It's us buying their stuff, and as I see it, even though I love my BSP, this attitude sucks.

They should get real.

They do sometimes tell us when they are working on upgrades. What they won't say is what or when, except when they are working on bug fixes. Because why should they use this forum as a platform to give competitors a heads-up on what they are developing.

Sometimes they even reach-out to existing customers and ask for beta testers, who have to agree to an NDA.

Are you an Arturia employee?
In any way, this statement is quite last century.
