Arp Functionality Lacking...
« on: March 31, 2021, 07:38:28 am »
Arp functionality is almost unusable for practical purposes. The list of flaws and obvious omissions is long, even after using KSP for a couple hours only...
- KSP does not seem to store played chords in patterns, scenes or projects
- It is not possible to implement chord chains that are arpeggiated
- There is no global transpose
- Keeping the arp functions lean can be a justified if recording arps into sequences is possible. But such a function is currently not available.
I bought KSP fors its four sequencer tracks. But I am puzzled how incomplete the arp functionality was implemented, especially since Keystep and Keystep 37 became famous exactly because of their arps!

Yeah mind you I've been puzzled for almost a year now... but apparently the firmware 2.0 is finally coming in April to fix all the above.
