Patches suddenly to loud and overdriven
« on: November 15, 2021, 11:00:49 am »
Hi all and the others!

Maybe this was asked before, if so you can delete this and refer me to an older post.
I just dropped a midi file into a track in ableton, dropped pigment as an instrument in, chose a nice patch and it was completely overdriven and loud. Changing to another instrument and then back to the one i want and all was good.
Yesterday i loaded an older project and all the tracks using Pigment 3 where overdriven  and to loud, i had to change all the instruments and back again (lost some settings there) and it worked again. This happens a lot lately and only with P3, so i doubt it is the DAW.

Anyone else had this happening? Any suggestions? Am i going crazy?

edit: it doesnīt happen all the time. i will do some tests to see if i can  reproduce said happening and will report if i can.
edit 2: Meh it just happens from time to time, and i donīt know why.

Hi Lixa.
I'm sorry to hear that you have issues while using Pigments....
It will advise that you contact our support and give us all the info you have on this.
If you could provide a video or a way to reproduce the issue that would be great.
Hope that helps.
Kind regards.
