Hi new here got a microfreak yesterday great bit of kit I have a problem my acer Windows 10 wont recognise it when plugging in the l/top chimes but it does nothing doesnt shoe in devices I have downloaded latest version update and installed software from Arturia site to no avail any help appreciated
