Keylab Stuck Transposed - FLAT

I woke up this morning, turned on the Keylab and everything is flat. I have never even used the transpose feature, and I have no idea how to rest things back to normal. Any ideas?

You can factory reset the controller by holding down both transpose buttons and power cycling the unit.
