I placed my order for Analog Lab full around 10pm last night (Dec 31st) in the US. It's now been almost 12 hours and my order is still "pending."
What do I need to do to gain access to the product? Is this normal?
UPDATE: All has been resolved and the sounds coming out of my computer are wondrous! Thank you to my service agent, Gala, for being prompt and courteous with every interaction.
