Keylab 61 Mk2 sound loss
« on: September 28, 2021, 10:57:25 pm »
Hi
I recently bought a secondhand 61 Mk2 and have only just started using it at length. However, everything is fine (using Reaper and Windows 10) and I’m playing away happily when ‘nothing’....the keys stop working. No sound. It does matter which vst I’m using, it still happens. No sound when I press any of the keys. One minute it’s fine, then it’s not. If I quit Reaper and restart my pc, and then open up Reaper again, it’s fine again.....for a while. Then the same happens. The sound drops out. There’s no response on the midi bar either. What the hell is going on? Is this a common fault or do I have a duff controller??

Hi Noodlemeister.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
It could be an issue coming from your USB connection :
Does the Keylab looks powered when you have the issue? If yes i suggest trying another USB port on your computer or changing the USB cable.
Also it could come from your settings on windows, check this post : https://forum.arturia.com/index.php?topic=106814.0
If the issue persist, i can only advise you to contact our support.
Hope that helps.
