Jun-6 V Problem
« on: December 09, 2020, 08:35:50 pm »
Hello,

After a very bumpy upgrade from V collection 7 to V collection 8 the following problem occurred : I can't edit the Jun-6 V !
I get the message 'You need a newer version of Jun-6 V,please open ASC to install the latest version.'

But I have the latest version ;(

First bought Arturia Collection7 a few weeks ago, then I bought Pigments on Black Friday and now the (costly) upgrade to collection 8....Please let me access the Juno,I spent ALOT of euro's on Arturia lately so please make it worth it ;]

Running it on a 2020 iMac 8core,32gb ram,Catalina

PS PLEASE STOP THIS UNREADABLE (and unplayable) verification misery, really please thank you it is driving me nuts

Hi,

If your ASC has'nt updated it self, then i suggest you try and download it from the website and install the newest version. That perhaps will help.
Also you can check, if your Jun-6 V is activated, if you have'nt allready.

Otherwise i suggest you contact Arturia support.

I only have the DEMO version of Jun-6 V.

Hi there,I already installed the latest ASC.
I could fix the issue by downloading the separate Juno installer.
If I try to download Jun-6 thru ASC then it will download and install but I see the Jun-6 app appearing and immediately disappearing when installation finishes.
But installing from the separate installer works ;) Now I can compare the Jun-6 to my Juno60 ;)
