This is a travesty.

How do you justify this? Your premiere controller and it doesn't have a mode to control your premiere software suite.

What kind of company is this?

The KSP is not designed for integration with V Collection. Nor is it their premiere controller. That's what the KeyLab controllers are for.

Yep it's my experience is not good enough for controlling VST, unless you attach the likes of a Launchcontrol XL with a lot of knobs to it.

I guess we would need a 'KSP Lab' in the future.

Apologies. I think the word I was looking for was "flagship" but it can probably also be argued that it is not a flagship product either.

Discounting the Project/Utility controls and the pitch bend strip, it has the same amount of controls as the Microlab and KeyLab essential, which currently have controller templates.

I don't see any reason to not add it as a controller for at least the 5 main functions of a VST with some shift abilities.

Hello.
Send these features request to the support.
This is something that can be done if there is enough consideration about it.
Best
