user blocked, password reset failed

Told to contact administrator, I own V Collection and cannot access the login
Please assist and thanks!

This gave me a bug error after submitting the email.

Do you mean the Asc  the servers are overloaded it looks like as Vcol 8 is out today.

I cannot access asc too

This gave me a bug error after submitting the email.
Perhaps the servers was overloaded due to the new V-Collection release.  I can't tell for sure though.
