clicks and echo's when brwosing presets
« on: September 20, 2020, 08:33:12 pm »
When moving from one preset to the next sometimes the program produces annoying clicks or echo's. It seems to me that the Matrix 12 V doesn't empty the buffers of the fx section when loading another preset.
Does anyone else noticed this too?
I did a check on the other V collection instruments and also on Pigments. But it's only on the Matrix 12 V. Even when I browse the Matrix 12 V presets through Analog Lab.

Yes. But it's not consistent. You can contact Arturia support about this.

I also hear artifacts using some other applications, but in different ways. It's not the same.

Already placed a request at Artutia. Their advice was to reset the preferences. I did that but without effect.
Further they requested as much detailed information as possible (system info, standalone or DAW, buffersize etc........)
I have provided these info. This weekend i'll make a video reproducing the sounds.

It sound like the support have'nt understood the issue. It has nothing to do with audio processing/ performance. A video should help.
