Hello - nearly two weeks ago i asked support for help regarding my V7 collection which had suddenly decided it was not activated and i have heard nothing - has anybody actually had a reply from support in the past two weeks? If so how long did you have to wait? I have several hundred pounds of software that is unusable is there a phone number that works instead?

Hi,

Perhaps this can help you:
1. Deactivate your V-Collection.
2. Restart your computer. - This may be very important. If a restart does'nt work, then try to shut down the computer and start it manually.
3. Activate your V-Collection.

Usually Arturia support reply fast.

Ask @MajorFubar and @levets on this forum here - they seem to be Arturia employees, getting triggered all the time and keep saying there's no problem with Arturia support blablabla

Some guy named Leo asked for my name, phone number and address via email.
This is personal information and I only obliged because I have a broken synthesizer and I want it fixed.

Now I am not hearing anything from them which is infuriating. It's been over three weeks. I feel like I've been scammed.

Over three weeks with no response?
Is this normal?

Actually I've long since figured you're the decoy employee, don't try to deny it. We all know it.
Unfortunately I can't help.

That's because you should ask @MajorFubar here (he's mentally ill but a very submissive Arturia employee, ask him for anything and he'll bark on your command - good dooooog :))
