[SOLVED] Random sustain note
« on: July 23, 2020, 10:30:57 am »
Hi everyone,
Sometimes when I briefly press a chord (>4 keys at the same time) one random note keep playing.
- I have tested different DAW (Ableton Live 10, FL Studio): same issue
- I have upgraded "MIDI Control Center" (to 1.1.6 version): same issue
- I have tried with another keyboard (Roland RD700-NX): no issue
- I have tried another USB cable: same issue
- I have downloaded "MIDI OX" to display MIDI signals sent by the keyboard: sometimes there are 6 ON then 5 OFF. It explains the issue...

Is there a way to fix it?

Thank you for your help.

SOLUTION: Do not connect your device to a USB 3.1 Gen. 2 Type A (aka "Ligthning", "USB SS 10").
