Jog Wheel and Master Fader issues Pro Tools 12.5

Hi
I am using Pro Tools 12.5 64 bit and Windows 10 64 bit.

On the Keylab 61 mkii when the DAW button is selected, there are 2 issues:

On the on Pro Tools 12.5 Project Page, the Jog Wheel does not move the Pro Tools marker so I can't navigate either forward or backwards in the song
(according to Arturia Video Tutorial 'Ep. 3: Integration with DAWS', it says it can do this in any DAW)

Master Fader on Keylab 61 mkii doesn't operate the Master fader in Mix page on Pro Tools 12.5. It does not do anything when the DAW button on Keylab mkii is selected.

But Master fader does work in Analog Lab 3 and Piano V2 .

Any advise would be appreciated.

I'd love to get the jog/shuttle working too!

Sadly I just posted this morning about the Jog Shuttle wheel. So it’s still an open issue a year later. I use a Mac.
