Ableton Live Lite activation code Keylab 61

Just bought this keyboard and I am trying to get an activation code for Ableton. In 'My products' theres a button to click to get an activation code but when I click it the page refreshes and shows a pop-up saying the code is now available but I cant see it anywhere?

Anyone know where the code is!?

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

You shall not click any button. The Ableton Live Lite serial number should be written on your Arturia account.

If you can't find the serial number on your Arturia account, then i suggest you contact Arturia support.

Thanks for the quick reply. I followed that guide and there's definitely no code there just a button called [Get Ableton Live Lite activation code]. Clicking does nothing unfortunately. Support contacted. Thanks.

Then that must be changed then. Where should the number be seen after clicking that button? Did you check your e-mail? It could be there, as your Arturia account does'nt have anything to do with Ableton products beside providing you a serial.
Arturia support should be able to help, if you can't get the number.

Here's an update for those who may get into the same situation and don't end up wasting their Sunday afternoon like I did.

I got a reply from Arturia support:

"Sorry for this inconvenience. As an information, we're at the moment in shortage of Ableton Live lite. We're actually waiting for some new codes which should be received and injected soon in our database. I'll get back to you as soon as they'll be available."

Would have been nice to have had some notification in my account to explain this so i didn't keep trying to get it to work.

Now let me try and complete the painfully ridiculous verification security...

Okay thanks for it, had the same quest about it. lucky I am I have an Ableton already from a Forte nite audio interface packet and registerd .
