Filter envelope decay time does not match Amp envelope
« on: June 27, 2020, 03:07:31 am »
Hello all, I made an account on this forum in order to ask this question. Wasn't able to find another thread describing my issue.

I've owned a Minibrute SE since 2015 and I've never had any problems until now.

The filter envelope, when the envelope speed switch is set to "Fast", won't go longer than a few hundred milliseconds. I'm used to it syncing up to the Amplifier envelope, but when I set both of them identically, the filter envelope fades much faster than the amplifier.

Mysteriously, when I switch the filter speed to "Slow", the issue disappears and both of the envelopes can be set to the same value and operate as intended.

Any thoughts on this? Bad resistor somewhere in the envelope circuit I need to replace?

Any input is greatly appreciated!

Thanks
