Metronome Not Working?
« on: June 14, 2020, 01:54:47 am »
Anyone have issue with no sound with Metronome?  I made sure I put the "speaker" out and fiddled with the pushable knob to make sure it was turned all the way up and such.  bummer!

Just making sure of these things:
  • The sequencer/clock is running (tap temp will blink, sequence LEDs will move, etc
  • You've enabled the metronome (Shift + Tap Tempo)
  • You don't have anything plugged into the "output" (Metronome Output) jack
The volume knob direction may seem counter-intuitive - rotate it with the top of the knob going to the right (far away side) of the instrument. Or, from the back, turn it counter-clockwise to turn it up.

Oh! Also, go into the "Utility" / settings screen (shift-project, I think), go to the metronome, and check what it's set to output to!

How can that be, the metronome is the most marketed feature capability of the KSP.  If the Metronome doesn't work what good is it?  Seems everything else about the product is "impaired" in someway.   Shame on Arturia.
