HELP! Logic Pro X 10.5
« on: June 09, 2020, 06:47:56 pm »
Last week I purchased OB-Xa V. It opens just fine in Logic Pro X 10.5 (Catalina 10.15.5). Unfortunately, opening any of my other Arturia plugs results in this message...

"Thank you for using Mini V3. This software is not activated on this computer". But it is, at least according to the ACS.

I get the same message when trying to select...

Jup-8 V3

3 Preamps You'll Actually Use

Any part of the Keylab 61 MKII, including...
Analog Lab 4
B3 V2
Mini V3
Piano V2
Stage-73 V

I've synchronized and reinstalled. OB-Xa is the only one that works. Any ideas?

Thanks!

If you own the individual applications, then you can try to:
1. Check your Arturia account
2. Perhaps reativate the products - deactivate/ activate
3. Contact Arturia support. Do this first if you wan't to be sure about 2.

I was able to deactivate, and then reactivate, all of my Arturia VST's. It took me a while to figure out, and I apologize for not exploring more earlier.
