I can't seem to find out how to select Analog Lab preset with the KeyLab Mk II controls. I can change a few things like volume, but I want to switch profiles with the big knob, to quickly go from a grand piano virtual synth to a guitar virtual synth. How exactly do we do this?

I suggest you look here first:
FAQ: https://www.arturia.com/faq/keylabmkii/keylab-mkii-general-questions
Videos: https://www.arturia.com/products/hybrid-synths/keylab-mkii/media
Manual: https://www.arturia.com/products/hybrid-synths/keylab-mkii/resources
Be sure your Keylab MKII are in Analog Lab mode, if you wan't the full integration with Analog Lab, when you use Analog Lab.

Just in case:
If you work in a DAW, then be sure to set up your controller correctly in the DAW - both as a keyboard and a control surface.
Please consult your DAW manual about the keyboard setup.
This can help for the DAW control surface setup: FAQ: https://www.arturia.com/faq/keylabmkii/keylab-mkii-tips-tricks

That's kind of generic but thanks.

Am already in Analog mode.

I can select different synth profiles from my computer but not from the KeyLab.

If you can't do things like explained in the tutorial video and in the manual, then i suggest you contact Arturia support.

You can also try to do a factory reset like explained in the manual - including doing a backup first.

I don't have a Arturia controller, so i can't help further.
