Sequencer and some sync problems

Hi all!
Hope you're all fine. I'm experiencing some issue with my uF, I'll try to explain them.

1° Syncing the uF with Ableton Live (live is master) I can get the right tempo but the start of arp and seq doesn't  follow the sync, so I have the sequence playing at the right tempo, but not in sync with the rest of the music.

2° If I send MIDI notes from Live to uF, it plays quite in sync (with very small errors) but if I use a sequence coming from the internal uF seqencer (besides the start-not-in-sync problem) I can see that the audio signal comes with a certain delay (i.e. if I record an audio clip from the notes played from the internal sequencer, they appear slightly after the position I have them in the sequencer), is it normal?

3° (less severe but most cryptic, for me) If I play even a simple sequence (e.g. a note every upbeats) both sending it from a Live MIDI clip or internal uF sequencer, (apart from being delayed as in point 2°) the interval between notes is NOT always the same! I can see it by recording an audio clip, because hearing the clip all seems to be right, but obviously if I record an audio clip from a sequence played by a vst (I use analog lab), it is all perfect.
The uF hasn't got an analog oscillator, so i guess there might not be the little inconsistencies that make every analog synth a unique piece..

I use a Roland Rubix 24 as audiocard, to receive audio signal from uF and to send MIDI (notes and clock) to the uF from Live.

Has someone an advice for me? Can you help me??

Regarding your first question, did you find any solution to this?

I found out that the MicroFreak's internal beat clock needs a `START` message over the MIDI Beat Clock signal, in order to restart itself. Check if your DAW can be configured to send a `START` every time you start moving the playhead (when you press play). Also, you need to connect the DAW's generated clock to the MicroFreak, but that's probably already done since you say that you have matched tempos.

Ardour (6.7.0) is only sending `START` when you start from the start of the timeline (00:00:00:00); you can inspect that with some MIDI inspector.
It seems that Cubase can be configured to always send `START` instead of `CONTINUE`: https://steinberg.help/cubase_pro_artist/v9/en/cubase_nuendo/topics/synchronization/synchronization_project_synchronization_dialog_midi_clock_destinations_r.html .

Someone at https://discourse.ardour.org/t/hardware-synthesizer-arpeggiator-does-not-sync-arturia-microfreak-midi-clock-start-sent-only-at-time-zero/106139/4 suggested using a programmable MIDI processor/cable (https://www.retrokits.com/shop/rk002) to do it with hardware.
