I noted occasionally that while playing keys or tweaking knobs (not sure what exactly) while a sequence is playing, I get random phenomena such as the pattern switching from A to B, or turn off playback, or go into recording mode all by itself.
I don't think I have any grounding issues. I use the original adapter. I believe it might be a little difficult to reproduce.
