Noise and Low Output
« on: February 11, 2020, 09:15:15 pm »
I hear a lot of hiss and 60 Hz hum when using this plugin. I know that it is suppose to recreate the sound of a real 60's Farfisa organ through a tube amp, but is there a way to lower the background hiss/noise and still achieve a good, strong output signal? I am running the organ through the plugin's own Farfisa amp, which seems to be part of the problem.

In Farfisas extended view you find the NOISE LEVEL parameter. You can use this to control the noise level and even remove it completele yourself, if you wish.
It's the forth knob from the left just beneath the VOICE TUNE section.

The amp has two volumes parameters that both works when the amp is switched on.
And don't forget you also have a volume parameter in the extended view. This pass a a signal to the amp, when the amp is on, and is a master volume, when the amp is off.
