3D and 2D display not showing, as well as sample display not showing

When loading samples and using the wavetable, there is no display showing. The display used to work before the pigments 2 update. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, but was not successful. Checked if my driver was up to date and it was, so I am kind of lost here. Everything else works when using pigments, but this has been a bit of a bother when trying to work with samples because I can't edit the samples. In the display box when trying to use samples the message "click here to add a sample" is always present when there is already a sample present.

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

I think you have the new Sample engine type and not the Wavetable Engine type selected dropdown menu in the top of the Engine. In Pigments 2 you have 3 engine types - Analog, Wavetable and Sample.

And then you have a sample slot selected, that has no sample loaded. It's possible to load 6 samples (A-F) in the Sample engine.

There is no 2D or 3D display in the Sample engine.

Hi, thanks for your reply! When using each one there is no display. In the sample engine there is no audio waveform present to edit, and in the wavetable engine the wavetable is not shown in the display box. Also, there is no visual display in both filter boxes.

When you said you checked your driver, then did you mean the graphic driver, like i assumed?

I just noticed, that you are using a Free to use version.
And you say you have reinstalled. Are you sure, that your test period for a fully functional version has'nt ended?

I'm currently using the rent to own version via splice and it is currently active. This problem has been going on for a little while. It was not much of a problem for me before, but has now posed a problem for me since the function of the sample engine was introduced because I cannot edit samples.

I don't know how the rent to own is handled. But should'nt it be activated in Arturia Software Center?
Do you only get a month at a time?
Your images tell it's the Free 31 days trial i would say.

Yes, it is activated in arturias software center. It is on a monthly use basis.

If ASC says it's activated, then you can try to both Clean pref and Reinstall through ASC. You find the options in a popup menu, if you click the arrow right of the uninstall button for Pigments in ASC.

If it does'nt help, then perhaps this can be an activation issue of some sort. I suggest you contact Arturia support.

I don't know if Pigments 2 require more of the graphics. But if so, then Arturia can tell.
I see, that the envelopes displays also are empty.

If i suddenly get a new idea, then i will return. But don't exspect it. Please Contact Arturia support.
