A test: 
1) Make a new Init preset. Confirm global Scale settings are off/global.
2) Set up a Pressure modulation. Confirm the effect.
3) Set the Scale to Minor.

The effect assigned to pressure is only heard on original keys that make up the scale, but not on the white keys that correspond via Scale to a black one. So you currently cannot hear the pressure effect on some of the keys if you use only the white keys. It looks like a bug?

I can confirm this. It goes for both white and black keys that aren't part of the scale. E.g. for C minor  C#, E, F#, A and B does not take pressure modulation.

Thanks for posting this - I was convinced my Freak was faulty!
