[Help] Recording with MicroFreak

Hi everyone and thankd Arturia for this amazing instrument.

I don't understand how i can record properly with the microfreak ? I was told i could just use the sound card of my computer / or an external recording device, but i still don't really see how...
Thanks a lot, any help appreciated.. I have ableton and audacity..

Unless you already have a specialist sound card in your computer, I would avoid using the built in sound card to record your MF. The recording side of computer built in sound cards is usually of very poor quality. You will need an external audio interface, but you can save money by only buying a single channel interface because the MF is mono.

The MF has a quarter inch output which will plug into any line-level input on an audio interface. You can then record it into Ableton.
