Midi 2.0 and Arturia
« on: December 26, 2019, 12:59:11 am »
Midi 2.0: https://www.midi.org/articles-old/details-about-midi-2-0-midi-ci-profiles-and-property-exchange

More Midi CCs, greater resolution, better timing, better ProgramChange etc...
Perhaps all we can and have asked and wished for?

Will Arturia create new controllers, hardware and software and upgrade all excisting products to fully use midi 2.0?
When can we exspect it to be implemented?

I'm also very interested in Arturia's position on this - considering purchasing new KeyLab 61 MkII (and possibly a Matrix Brute) and don't want to fin that there is a MkIII in later this year to support MIDI 2.0 !!!

I am also considering to buy a keylab 61 MKII, and as a software developer I am curious to dive into MIDI 2.0 programming.

I guess that I am just gonna cross my fingers and hope that Arturia will do firmware updates to support MIDI 2.0...
