How to adjust imported sample decay

Please help. I'm brand new to using Spark(2) software and the SparkLE.
I'm trying to build me first project for a live performance and I am trying to include a imported sample that rolls for about 3 minutes by using a single trigger. So far I have been able to import it no problem and in the studio tab it seems to show the entire sample length in the sampler window. But when I trigger it, either from the pad or using the sequencer, it only plays for about 14000ms, which coincides with the max length of the decay set for Envelope 1.

I just cannot seem to find a way to play the entire sample out and I clearly don't have a grasp of how to use the Modular tabs modules correctly. can anyone help me or have an idea of what I'm doing wrong?

i'm a long time sparkle & also spark 2 user & still have the same problem... the max. decay length for any kind of sample - either imported or factory based - seems to be 13800 milliseconds which are just about 14 seconds, before the sound fades out... this is indeed one of the few "bugs" in the software i still wish would be fixed... any chance, arturia?

Your best bet is to open a support ticket directly.  I had to do this for my laptop since the window is too large for  my screen.  The more people ask for support directly, the more attention they pay to the problems.

It's possible to use the Envelopes Slope Parameters in the Modular section. Have you tried that? It work for me.
