Title: [WORKFLOW IMPROVEMENT] Saving ARP to SEQ
Post by: Aken on December 02, 2019, 05:36:23 pm
Currently, to save a playing ARP to the sequencer, you have to do SHIFT+A or B. When you do this, the Microfreak automatically switches to the SEQ mode to continue playing the sequence. The issue with that is that you can't do a variation on your ARP sequence because you insta lose it when switching to SEQ, and to go back to ARP means having a silence.
Instead, doing SEQ+A or B should record the sequence in the SEQ but still keep playing in ARP mode. This way you can then choose between 1) going in SEQ mode to play your sequence in SEQ mode without interruption or 2) doing a variation in ARP mode without interruption and eventually to record it on the second slot or/and to switch on the first SEQ slot, all without interruption.
